About Experience Works
Experience WorksSM Staffing Services
is the staffing capability of Experience Works, the largest national,
nonprofit organization providing training and employment services for
mature workers. Established in 1965, as Green Thumb, and renamed Experience
Works in 2002, Experience Works reaches more than 125,000 mature individuals
in all 50 states and Puerto Rico each year.
Experience Works has four core services; Senior Community Service Employment
Program (TitleV), staffing services, training services, and Geezer.com,
an e-commerce Web site featuring senior-made, handcrafted products. The
staffing service enables Experience Works to serve those who have broader
skills and do not qualify for government-funded programs.
