The New Jersey Builders Utilization Initiative for Labor Diversity (NJBUILD) Placement Program will allow for NJBUILD training recipients to receive assistance in obtaining employment upon completion of their training. This fee-for-service model will provide a proper connection for women and minorities to employers in the construction trades. More
