PUBLIC EMPLOYEES

Any public employee or public employee representative may file a complaint with the Office of Public Employees' Occupational Safety and Health (PEOSH). To file a complaint, you may call (609) 633-3896 or print out our complaint form and mail to:  New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development, Office of Public Employees' Occupational Safety and Health, P.O. Box 386, Trenton, New Jersey 08625-0386. Complainants may remain confidential if requested.

Further, any public employee who believes they have been discriminated against as a result of a safety or health complaint may file a discrimination complaint with this office.

PRIVATE EMPLOYEES

Employees of privately owned companies may file complaints with Federal OSHA.
