REMEMBER: Do not discard your debit card after your claim has ended. It is valid for four years. Any unemployment, temporary disability or family leave insurance benefits you are entitled to during the 4 year period will be deposited to this card.
To get information about your claim and/or payment status, use our Web Inquiry Application. Allow 2 business days from the payment date for the benefits to be deposited in your debit card account.
Special Note for individuals who apply for Disability During Unemployment (DDU) or Family Leave During Unemployment (FLDU) benefits immediately after collecting unemployment insurance benefits. If you opted to have your unemployment insurance benefits deposited directly to your saving or checking account this option will remain in effect and your DDU/FLDU benefit payment will continue to be directly deposited to that account.
