COURTS on-line
COURTS on-line, is a secure Internet website that provides authorized subscribers access to detailed information relating to their firm's cases and hearing lists. Authorized subscribers can also use the system to e-file legal pleadings.  More Information. 
Electronic Hearing Notices
The Division has been sending notices of upcoming hearings to the parties of pending workers' compensation cases via e-mail since 1999.  Due to the efficiencies of this program, the majority of our notices are currently transmitted in this electronic format.  Please be advised that we will discontinue mailing hearing calendar notices to the parties of workers' compensation cases effective July 1, 2009.  The calendars will only be e-mailed.  More information.

OSCAR Calculation Program
OSCAR-Calcs is a PC-based software package which addresses the most common date and arithmetic functions that arise during the course of a workers' compensation case.  Click for more info.
COURTS on-line Electronic Filing program
The workers' compensation e-filing program allows attorneys, insurance carriers, governmental agencies and self insurers to file and receive workers' compensation legal documents through the Internet. Twelve different types of legal pleadings may be filed under this new program. More than 75% of all legal pleadings are submitted electronically.More Information.
Electronic Filing of First and Subsequent Reports of Injury
Insurance carriers, third party administrators, self-administered self-insured employers and statutory non-insured employers are required by law to file accident reports with the State in an electronic format compatible with national Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) standards.  More information.

In 2003, the COURTS Project Team received the New Jersey Public Service Excellence Award in the category of Teamwork and Partnership.

In 2000, the COURTS project was the recipient of the prestigious NASCIO Recognition Award for Outstanding Achievement in the Field of Information Technology.
